Shipping
Processing & Delivery
- Orders are prepared and dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days. Each piece is inspected and hand-packed before it leaves the House.
- Domestic delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, excluding customs processing.
- A tracking number is issued by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
- All delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. They exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Cost
- Domestic shipping: Complimentary on all domestic orders.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and does not include customs duties or import taxes.
Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Eau de parfum is alcohol-based and is classified as a limited-quantity hazardous material by carriers. This places restrictions on how it may be shipped, and they are outside our control.
- Fragrance is shipped by ground transport only. Air, express, and overnight services are not available for fragrance orders.
- We cannot ship fragrance to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight-forwarding services.
- Some destinations prohibit the import of alcohol-based fragrance entirely. Where this applies, the restriction is shown at checkout.
- Unscented products, including body oils, are not subject to these restrictions.
Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all HLBV products, including fragrances and other beauty products offered now or in the future, unless otherwise stated.
At HLBV, each fragrance is meticulously crafted and quality-checked to meet luxury standards. Due to the personal and intimate nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality controls.
Final Sale Policy
- Due to hygiene, safety, and quality considerations, all opened or used fragrances and beauty products are final sale.
- Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Luxury Sample Disclaimer
At this time, HLBV offers a limited quantity of fragrance samples.
- Samples are provided to introduce our scent profiles and are final sale.
- Availability is limited and not guaranteed for all fragrances.
- Fragrance performance, longevity, and projection may vary based on individual skin chemistry.
- Each fragrance adapts uniquely to the body’s natural pH balance, environment, and application method, which may result in variations from person to person.
We encourage thoughtful exploration of samples prior to opening full-size fragrances.
Refund Processing
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@houseofhlbv.com and include clear photographs of the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
To maintain inventory integrity, we do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items must be returned and a new order placed.
Product Category-Specific Policy
Certain HLBV products, including but not limited to skincare, body care, cosmetics, oils, or limited-edition items, may be subject to additional or modified return, use, or safety guidelines due to hygiene, formulation, or regulatory standards.

International Orders

- We are not responsible for packages delayed, refused, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
