The Collector’s Registry
The Collector’s Registry is an optional archive that records the ownership of a piece. Registering is never required in order to purchase, and no account is created.
What Appears Publicly
- The Registry archive is a publicly visible page. Where an entry appears, it shows the edition number, the display name chosen by the collector, and the date the entry was recorded.
- Your email address is never published. It is held privately and used only to verify the registration and to contact you about your piece.
- If you select Keep my registration private, your entry is recorded in the House archive but is excluded from the public page entirely.
- If you do not supply a display name, your entry appears as “Private Collector”. We never publish a legal name that you have not asked us to publish.
Changing or Removing an Entry
You may change your display name, switch an entry to private, or have it removed from both the public archive and our records at any time by contacting info@houseofhlbv.com from the email address used to register.
